I noticed in the comments, anyone who has something good to say lives in Cali, tourists run like hell and California has the highest rate of people leaving in all the states in this country. I just came from California. They highly tax you on everything, crime is rampant everywhere, people are weird and personally not a place for children. California is a disaster and I do not plan on going back unless I have to go to families funeral. Luckily, most of my family is leaving and I will never have a need to go back. I like NY as I live here but TBH N.Y is a dump, was thinking of making a move to Cali but it's sooo much worse.
