Except for reserved Shinkansen trains, there is no need to panic even if you miss the train you intended to take.
In the city center, another train heading to the same destination will arrive within five minutes.
l want make firends with japan
I am Japanese. If you get lost or in trouble in Japan, please find a Japanese person nearby. A Japanese person who can only speak Japanese will help a foreign traveler, even if it means relaying to the next Japanese person.
Great video!
I just got a new iPhone, the iPhone 14, but I don't know if it has a Sim mCard in it already. Please help, anyone. Do I need to purchase one in Japan for WIFI? Thanks.
Not going anywhere that I need 15 tips to go to.
Hi! Can you use your IC card for travelling via trains within Tokyo? Or do you need a rail pass for that?
Good tips. Would be great if you could learn to pronounce your T’s 😃
#16. Meet and talk to Osaka locals who like speaking English and meeting foreigners. Join a meetup event. Thank me later.
Thanx❤️🌷
smartEx is failed to connect my Visa card for some reason 😢😢
m travelling w my wife, can i just purchase one ic card to book for 2 passengers on the shinkansen?
This video includes really useful tips even most of Japanese don't know, like luggage transport services at Narita airport. At most of Japanese train stations, we have to go up and down stairs to get the tracks and it is really embarrassing to do that with large luggages.
The tutorial to purchase Shinkansen tickets via cellphones is also good for it is simple and easy to understand for many foreigners.
Thanks for this video, I can not stress how helpful having the pocket WIFI was when we were travelling in Japan.
The Train stations were so large and had so many exits it was required to have Google Maps to know which exit and which level we needed to exit the station to get to our onward destination. I know a friend who went to Japan and did not have any data or WIFI and said they were constantly getting lost!
🙏🏼 Also thank you for sharing about the suitcases on the Shinkansen, It really helped us to know what to ask the staff for when reserving a seat.
Is luggage delivery still recommended if you're traveling with one piece only? Is dragging one large wheeled suitcase from the airport to the hotel through the train cumbersome?
Going in July!!!

Any shibuya fan here?
Great information. Thank you.
Always carry your passport on you as well because the cops can stop you and request it to see if your overstaying etc or whatnot
a month has already passed since my first time in Japan. I visited the cities of Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto, and Osaka… But there are so many other beautiful things that I have to discover and that one day I will return to visit… I hope to return soon, it was a unique, tiring journey, with a long flight from Italy… But this was also part of my wonderful experience… Goodbye, beautiful Japan… 💖💖😔😔💪💪
Hi, Sam, I watched you in Hong Kong Hoods and did not know that you have had this channel as well when I was searching for traveling tips of Japan. Great tips…..Love to see you here 👋👋
